Please give us 6 hours' notice to change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 6 hours, there will be a 20% fee. For no-shows, a 50% charge will apply. Permanent makeup services require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes, and any changes will incur a $100 fee. By providing your credit card details, you agree to these charges.

Please come alone for your appointment. Friends and partners are not allowed in the service rooms. Waxing is a personal service, and our rooms are small, fitting only the specialist and the client. If the client is under 16, a female guardian may accompany them.

For safety, please don't bring your kids. Staff is not responsible for unsupervised children in the lobby.

Clients and employees cannot take photos or videos inside the rooms without permission from both parties. The skin specialist can stop services and ask the client to stop filming.

Our studio provides various services including waxing, permanent makeup, and facials. Many clients come to relax and escape from daily life. To enhance your experience, please use headphones if you want to listen to music during your treatment. No loud voices or speakers are allowed in the corridors, bathroom, or treatment rooms. Please silence your phone as well!

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, is allowed inside the studio.

SERVICES, SERIES, AND PACKAGES: All services, series, and packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for gift cards.
PRODUCTS: No refunds are given for products.
